Cascade Fine Catering is a family-owned wedding and event venue in Hamden, Connecticut, founded in 2004 by Pietro and Antonietta Landino. The venue is now operated alongside their daughters Rosamaria, Sara, and Alexa — a family legacy built on personalized service and a genuine love for hosting memorable celebrations. The name Cascade comes from the Italian word for waterfall, inspired by a water feature on the grounds surrounded by water lilies.\n\nTwo newly renovated event spaces accommodate a wide range of gatherings. The Elegant Ballroom spans 3,800 square feet and welcomes between 150 and 400 guests for weddings, galas, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, proms, and corporate events. The Garden Room is a smaller, warmly appointed space with access to an adjacent garden terrace, hosting between 75 and 150 guests for more intimate celebrations.\n\nThe venue offers fine catering with signature dishes inspired by the family's travels, and off-site catering is available for events beyond the property. Cascade is situated minutes from New Haven, with outdoor garden areas suited for ceremonies and first-look photography.
