Cedar Crest Lodge

Cedar Crest Lodge is a luxury bed and breakfast and event destination set on more than 100 acres of pastures, woods, ponds, and trails in Pleasanton, Kansas, roughly 45 minutes south of Overland Park. The property encompasses a 7,000-square-foot main lodge with eight bedrooms alongside a 3,000-square-foot carriage house with three additional rooms, bringing the venue to eleven overnight guest rooms in total. The lodge is built around a farm-to-table philosophy: the property maintains an extensive on-site garden growing more than 30 tomato varieties, fresh herbs, berries, and seasonal produce, all harvested for the kitchen's meals. Outdoor amenities include over 16,000 square feet of cultivated garden space, walking trails through a National Wildlife Federation Certified Habitat, an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a fire pit. Cedar Crest Lodge hosts weddings and elopements for up to 125 guests across several ceremony and reception settings — including a hilltop patio, a century-old pecan grove, a pondside location, and an indoor sunroom. The venue also accommodates corporate retreats, family reunions, and private celebrations with in-house farm-to-table dining and on-site spa services. The property is a TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice award recipient and a member of Select Registry.
