Centennial Hall Convention Center

Centennial Hall Convention Center occupies a 39,600-square-foot facility on the downtown Juneau waterfront, steps from hotels, restaurants, and shopping in Alaska's state capital. Owned by the City and Borough of Juneau and managed by the Juneau Arts & Humanities Council, it is the largest open-plan events venue in the city, offering 17,000 square feet of rentable meeting space across seven distinct rooms. The centerpiece is the column-free Sheffield Ballroom — 12,389 square feet divisible into three separate sections — which accommodates up to 690 guests for banquets and 1,500 for theater-style programs. Smaller breakout rooms ranging from 290 to 1,050 square feet serve meetings, workshops, and private gatherings. Two adjoining lobbies add 2,900 square feet for receptions, vendor displays, and networking. All spaces are equipped with professional-grade light and sound systems, and a full commercial kitchen supports in-house and approved-caterer catering for events of any scale.
