- What is included in the venue rental cost?

- What is the cancellation policy?
- If a booking is canceled in writing 150+ days prior to the event, 50% of the Booking Deposit will be returned; 60– 150 days prior to the event 25% of the Booking Deposit will be returned. Cancellations received less than 60 days in advance do not qualify for a refund.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Pricing varies by the date and venue spaces selected. Please contact us for a customized phone or video consultation.

- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes! An on-site coordinator will assist with facility-related needs, but that person is not a comprehensive event planner. We are happy to refer clients to a skilled complete event planning specialist in our Recommended Vendor list.
