Chama Gaucha San Antonio

Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse in San Antonio's Stone Oak neighborhood has served as the brand's original location since 2008. The churrascaria brings traditional Brazilian rodízio-style dining to the table, with gauchos carving USDA Prime cuts — including picanha, filet mignon, beef ribs, and lamb — tableside. A gourmet salad bar rounds out the experience with more than 30 fresh options, including imported cheeses and traditional Brazilian sides. Beyond regular dining, the restaurant hosts private events in dedicated private dining rooms with flexible configurations suited to both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, including corporate dinners, birthday celebrations, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions. The events team, with more than a decade of experience at this location, customizes churrasco menus and coordinates personalized tableside service for each event.
