Chattooga Belle Farm

Chattooga Belle Farm is a 200-acre working farm, distillery, and event venue in Long Creek, South Carolina, overlooking the Chattooga River, the first river in the Southeast designated "Wild & Scenic." The property sits in a region once known as the largest apple-producing area east of the Mississippi River, and it carries that agricultural heritage forward today with U-pick orchards, a general store, and Belle's Bistro, which serves locally-sourced fare. Weddings and private events take place in the farm's open-air event barn, a 5,000-square-foot space with a stacked stone fireplace and a covered patio offering 270-degree views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The barn accommodates up to 300 guests and includes an on-site catering kitchen, a bridal dressing room, and use of the surrounding lawn for additional tenting. The property is also home to the first legal distillery in Oconee County, South Carolina, producing whiskey, brandy, rum, vodka, and gin from fruit grown on the farm, offering couples and event hosts the option to pair their celebration with spirits made on site.
