- What all is included in your wedding packages and what additional fees will I incur?
- Our packages include cocktail hour, dinner, bar, and wedding cake options. Upgrades are of course offered and encouraged, however our base package offers a wedding you would love. A full quote can be sent upon request.
- Are we allowed to customize menus or packages?
- Yes, we have a wonderful Chef here at our hotel and is honored to make your day special. We include as part of our wedding package a personal chef lead tasting where you will discuss and taste the menu and event design your wedding cake. Chef Amy believes every wedding is personal and unique.
- Do you allow outside catering at your hotel?
- Yes, we do allow outside catering at our property. Our hotel works with all the widely known catering companies in Chicago. All required insurances, licenses and waivers would apply.
- Do you allow only specific/preferred vendors as your hotel or am I allowed to bring my own?
- Both answers are yes. We do encourage our clients to work with our internal vendors and preferred. Additionally, we do also allow you to use your own. All required insurances, licenses and waivers would apply. Usage of electricity, dock and hotel equipment may incur additional fees.
- Do you have any outdoor spaces for photos or cocktail receptions?
- Yes, we have our Garden Terrace, which is a wonderful space on the 9th floor of our hotel. This a great space for that “first look” photo or for a cocktail reception for up to 150 guests. Don’t forget you can step right out to Michigan Ave to grab those great iconic Chicago Magnificent Mile photos!
