Chima Steakhouse, named after the chimarrao, a native Rio Grande do Sul drink that represents hospitality and friendliness, certainly lives up to its name. Gauchos (cowboys) constantly roam the dining room, serving delectable churrasco of 16 rotisserie meats such as prime rib, sirloin, lamb, chicken, sausage, fish, and more. Chima's sumptuous salad bar blends Brazilian and American favorites. A large private dining area is available for seated dinners and other occasions. Our VIP ROOM can accommodate up to 90 people and is ideal for Corporate Events, Birthdays, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversaries, Mitzvahs, First Holy Communions, Bridal and Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, and other special occasions. Chima does not charge a fee for renting audiovisual equipment. We have a wireless handheld microphone and a 55" flat screen TV with HDMI capability. Melissa, the event coordinator for the restaurant was very accommodating and reassured us throughout the process. As well, given that we both were from out of town, the planning went well with minimal glitches. They provided examples from previous wedding parties and took care of the major details. The food was exceptional and our guests could not stop complementing the meal. The courtyard and site for the ceremony was beautiful and allowed us to have an intimate gathering of 60 people. Given the cost for service, location and food...we would have never found anything that reasonable in such a short time. Thank you Chima for making this day special and hassle free."
