Chef Trevor Teich is a Chicago native who has worked at some of the country's top restaurants, including L2O (which has three Michelin stars), NoMi (which has one star), Acadia (which has two stars), as well as Twist by Pierre Gagnaire in Las Vegas, where he is currently the executive chef (Gagnaire was voted best chef in the world in 2015 by Le Chef List of The Best Chefs in the World). CLAUDIA is his latest culinary venture, and it brings his culinary perspective to Chicago.
