Coastal Florida Sports Park is a 70-acre multi-sport complex in Cocoa, Florida, built in 1964 as the spring training home for MLB's Houston Colt .45s. The facility hosted the Houston Astros through 1984 and welcomed the Florida Marlins for their inaugural spring training in 1993 before transitioning to a premier amateur sports destination. A $40 million renovation completed in 2016 modernized the complex throughout. The park's centerpiece is the original 5,000-seat Cocoa Stadium, joined by six baseball fields, four multi-purpose athletic fields suited for football, soccer, and lacrosse, and a 20,000-square-foot indoor arena capable of hosting three basketball courts or four volleyball courts. Meeting space and a 100-room on-site dormitory round out the campus, making the complex well-suited for tournaments, large-scale sporting events, trade shows, concerts, and corporate gatherings alike.
