Cobalt The Restaurant

Cobalt, The Restaurant is a waterfront dining destination in Orange Beach, Alabama, situated along Perdido Beach Boulevard near Perdido Pass Bridge and Caribe Resort. Founded by Brian and Jodi Harsany, the restaurant serves contemporary coastal cuisine crafted across three distinct kitchens, with every table offering views of Perdido Bay. Boat slips on-site accommodate small vessels and yachts, making the venue accessible from the water. The restaurant hosts private events ranging from small meetings and quiet reunions to large groups and weddings. Its catering team offers customized menus alongside the main dining room, a private dining room, and an outdoor deck. Live music is featured regularly, including during Sunday brunch service. Cobalt holds a Silver Retailer of the Year award from the Alabama Retail Association and operates a sister concept, Cobalt Cabana at Caribe Resort.
