Coeur d'Alene's Old Mission State Park in Cataldo, Idaho, is home to the oldest standing building in the state — the Mission of the Sacred Heart, constructed between 1850 and 1853 by Jesuit missionaries and members of the Coeur d'Alene Tribe. The park offers a historic and scenic setting for weddings and private ceremonies, welcoming celebrations of all religious backgrounds. The Mission itself accommodates up to 100 guests for an intimate indoor ceremony, while the West Courtyard opens onto sweeping landscape vistas and can host gatherings of up to 500 guests. Adjacent to the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and supported by an on-site visitor center and museum, the park provides a distinctive backdrop that pairs Idaho's natural landscape with a landmark of regional cultural history.
