- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our standard rate is $500 per hour or $3,000 for a full 8-hour rental. Please reach out for a customized quote and to inquire about any applicable discounts.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Basic Venue Rental Includes: Access to both the indoor lounge and outdoor event area Use of existing lounge and outdoor seating Full access to display images and videos across all screens in the lounge
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Events must be canceled at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund of the event deposit. If cancellation occurs within 29 days of the event, the 25% event deposit will be forfeited to Collectors Club.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Our venue can comfortably host up to 120 guests indoors, with a total capacity of 300 guests when including the outdoor area.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We kindly ask that all décor items be fully removed at the conclusion of the event. Please ensure that nothing is affixed in a permanent manner or causes damage to the space.
