Colorado Mountain Ranch

Colorado Mountain Ranch is a historic mountain event venue set at 8,500 feet elevation in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, located 10 miles from Boulder near the small community of Gold Hill. The property centers on a 100-year-old Ponderosa Lodge built from hand-hewn logs, surrounded by towering pines and sweeping mountain views toward Longs Peak. The ranch accommodates up to 150 guests and hosts weddings on Saturday afternoons from mid-June through September, offering exclusive venue access from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Celebrations unfold across the historic lodge — which features two fireplaces and a covered wrap-around deck for cocktails — and an outdoor stone amphitheater ceremony site framed by the Rocky Mountain skyline. The property also hosts company picnics, team-building sessions, overnight retreats, and group workshops throughout the summer and early fall. Preferred catering partners handle food, beverage, linens, and tableware, while Colorado Mountain Ranch provides venue setup support and upstairs changing rooms. The surrounding mountain property serves as a backdrop for event photography throughout the day.
