Communion Celebrations Communion Events arose from a flood of requests from members of our community who wanted to utilize our space for their birthday parties, dinner parties, graduation parties, and so on. As a result, we immediately built an events program to meet their needs while also allowing our Coworking members to use the space. With this, we can now provide the main Coworking space after 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day on weekends. We're always seeking for new ways to put the space to creative use, and the events have provided us with an opportunity to do so. We host a number of different events, including public, private, and ticketed events. Communion Restaurant offers a variety of exclusive food and bar choices to ensure that each occasion is a turnkey, one-of-a-kind experience. Each quarter, Communion hosts one public event. This includes our annual Crawfest benefit for Capernaum Young Life (Sean Mann) in the spring, our monthly Artisan Market, and Meet the Heroes, when kids dress up as super heroes and meet our local heroes in the police, fire, and EMT departments. We provide a wide range of ticketed events. We recently established Communion Unplugged, a monthly music series. Santa's Breakfast, Sharing Table multi-course pairing dinners, sporting watch parties, and so on are all on the list. In terms of private gatherings, we can assist with almost any event under 200 people. To mention a few, operas, high school graduations, weddings, receptions, sweet sixteens, baby showers, book launch parties, company parties, Christmas parties, High School dances, church events, and a 50th wedding anniversary... Every event is focused on excellence and execution. We bring the Richardson community together in a variety of ways around a particular experience on any given day through events. In a way that is unique to Communion, this has allowed us to engage with and invest in the community. Communion is a location where Richardson locals create and celebrate their memories.
