Corley Ranch

The Corley Ranch is a working cattle and hay ranch spanning nearly 300 acres in Nevada's Carson Valley, just outside Gardnerville. The property sits against open pasture with views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, including Job's Peak, with easy access from Reno, Carson City, and South Lake Tahoe. The ranch earned the "Excellence in Agri-Tourism 2013" award from Nevada's Reno-Tahoe Territory Tourism Commission for its distinctive combination of active ranching and public programming. For private events, the ranch offers an 1800s historic barn seating up to 120 guests — complete with a full bar area and dance floor — as well as outdoor space accommodating up to 200 guests with tables, chairs, and staff-handled setup and cleanup included. Outdoor facilities are available from May through late September. Overnight camping is available for select events.
