Cove Castle

Cove Castle sits on two lakefront acres along Historic Greenwood Lake in Greenwood Lake, New York, approximately one hour from New York City. The property includes a 58-slip marina and a combination of indoor and outdoor event spaces, with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding hills as a backdrop for celebrations. The site carries a layered history in the area — it operated as an ice factory in the early 1900s and later as a boat-building facility before becoming an event destination. Today, Cove Castle hosts weddings, engagements, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, sweet 16s, corporate holiday parties, and fundraisers. A signature offering is the Chef's Table, a private dining experience on the dock with seating for up to 16 guests, personalized tasting menus, customized printed menus, and dedicated exclusive staff — all set against open lake views.
