Crossroads Estate

Crossroads Estate is a private wine country event venue set on the grounds of Firestone Vineyard in Los Olivos, California, within the Santa Ynez Valley. The estate features sweeping vineyard views, century-old oak trees, floral meadows, and the early 20th-century Crossroads House — a craftsman-style residence that anchors the property with rustic charm. The estate's signature event space is the Pole Barn, a full-service venue customized for celebrations with an oak bar, raised stage, and iron chandeliers. Two outdoor ceremony options — Two Oaks, a natural altar beneath ancient oaks, and the Rose Garden Lawn — round out the setting. Together the spaces accommodate gatherings of up to 350 guests. Because Crossroads Estate is closed to the public during private events, the property operates as a fully exclusive setting with a flexible event timeline. Rental includes a four-bedroom, five-bath residence accommodating eight overnight guests, as well as tables, chairs, outdoor lighting, a full kitchen, and a day-of coordinator. The private events team at Firestone Vineyard coordinates bookings for weddings and special celebrations.
