Davie Ranch

Davie Ranch is a family-owned equestrian facility and farm set on 10 acres in Davie, Florida, where natural surroundings — a 4-acre lake, walking trails lined with farm animals, and more than 80 species of trees — set the backdrop for private celebrations of all kinds. At the center of the property sits the Lakehouse, an air-conditioned gathering space outfitted with a state-of-the-art sound system, large flat-screen television, full kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor seating. A beach along the lake's edge and outdoor bathrooms and changing rooms extend the footprint for guests who want to make use of the water. The ranch's horses, ponies, and mini farm — home to donkeys, goats, miniature horses, guinea pigs, tortoises, chickens, and bunnies — add an interactive, one-of-a-kind dimension that few event venues can offer. Davie Ranch operates as a full-service venue, with staff available to assist with decorations, event rentals, catering, DJ entertainment, and on-site activities. The property hosts birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, and holiday celebrations.
