Couples can choose from three wedding packages — The Desert Willow, The Boxwood, and The Texas Rose — each covering a full day of venue access from 8 AM to midnight, along with rehearsal time, cleaning, trash disposal, electricity, grounds access, liability insurance, and table and chair setup. For smaller gatherings like class reunions, birthday parties, and rehearsal dinners, the ranch also offers shorter four- and six-hour event rentals for up to 50 or 75 guests. Optional add-ons include a bridal suite, a lighted dance floor canopy with chandelier, and a margarita machine, giving hosts room to customize the day around their celebration.
