Enjoy true full-day access from 8:00 AM to 1:30 AM, so your timeline never feels rushed. If the day prior is open, we can arrange early set-up for décor and vendor staging. Every booking includes tables & chairs, a DJ-friendly sound system with microphones, a moveable rolling bar, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV, clean restrooms, and an on-site venue manager to keep everything running smoothly. We’ll also help with custom floor plans so your flow—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—feels intuitive and stunning in photos. Bring your dream team: outside caterers, DJs, and décor vendors are welcome with proof of insurance. For guest safety, alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender, and our no-shots policy is kindly enforced. Day-of event liability insurance is included with your rental; for events over 100 guests, please provide a COI naming Designed Events as additional insured. Security may be recommended based on event type and guest count—we’re happy to advise. Booking is simple and transparent: a $500 Save-the-Date deposit reserves your date, a $500 refundable damage deposit is returned after a successful post-event walk through (typically 1 business day), and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Tours are available—and highly encouraged—because photos don’t do the space justice. - Yes—no nails, screws, paint, or permanent tape on walls/ceilings. No glitter or confetti. Candles must be enclosed (no open flames/sparklers). Ceiling rigging and fog/haze require prior approval. All décor must be removed at load-out.

- We do not hold a liquor license. Beer/wine/spirits are permitted with a licensed, insured bartender only. No shots. Vendor COI due 7 days prior; all service must follow GA law and venue policies.
