Blackwolf Run is a championship golf resort in Kohler, Wisconsin, set along the Sheboygan River Valley and built by Herb Kohler with designer Pete Dye. Its two 18-hole courses, The River and Meadow Valleys, have hosted two U.S. Women's Open championships, in 1998 and 2012, and a shorter par-3 course, The Baths, rounds out the grounds. On the first floor of the Blackwolf Run Clubhouse, the Wolf Pack and Bear Clan rooms give couples and event hosts a rustic, lodge-style setting for weddings, receptions, and private gatherings, accommodating up to 150 guests combined. Built in a Canadian lodge-pole style with log cabin walls and beams, Native American artifacts, iron chandeliers, and bear rugs, the rooms can be separated by air walls or opened into one combined space. A private terrace off the rooms overlooks the double 18th green, offering a spot for an outdoor cocktail reception, and the clubhouse's Blackwolf Run Restaurant, with its fieldstone fireplace and course views, is available for catering and dining needs.
