Dewberry Hideout

Dewberry Hideout is a 4,500 sq ft loft-style event venue and four-dome glamping retreat on 1.5 acres in Dale, Texas — 30 minutes from downtown Austin, 25-35 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas. THE VENUE A 1,920 sq ft main floor with a full bar, commercial kitchen, and a private wedding suite with bedroom, baths, and bunk room. A 1,635 sq ft covered patio extends the space outdoors. Cocktail capacity is 200 guests; seated capacity varies by configuration. The covered patio means weather never decides your day — the rain plan is a building, not a tent invoice. ON-SITE LODGING Four geodesic glamping domes, each with a private bathroom, kitchenette, and starlights overhead. On-site lodging is what most Austin-area venues cannot offer: wedding parties get ready on site instead of a hotel lobby forty minutes away, and corporate teams stay rather than commute. THE SETTING 1.5 acres of Central Texas post oak savannah with a private pond ringed by mature trees. Golden hour over water with a tree line behind it, and no neighbouring rooftops in frame. Hill Country character without the two-hour drive west. WHAT WE HOST Weddings and receptions. Corporate offsites and executive retreats. Milestone celebrations and private parties. Product launches and live events. Whole-property wellness retreats. F1 and MotoGP race weekends, 20 minutes from COTA. WHY PLANNERS CHOOSE US Austin vendors travel to us without surcharge at 30 minutes out. Guests flying in reach the property in half an hour, not ninety minutes. You deal directly with the owners — not a coordinator rotation where you tour with one person and meet a third on your wedding morning. OPENING 2027 We are under construction and would rather say so plainly. A limited number of 2027-2028 dates are being confirmed now at founding-member rates that will not be repeated after opening. 949 FM 1854, Dale, TX 78616 | events@dewberryhideout.com
