Ditto Landing Kingston Pavillion

Ditto Landing is a full-service marina and waterfront recreational facility situated along the Tennessee River in Huntsville, Alabama, near mile marker 334. Steeped in history dating back to the early 1800s — when pioneer James Ditto established a trading post and a ferry crossing reportedly served travelers including Andrew Jackson and Davy Crockett — the property offers a scenic setting of lush greenery and mountain foothills on Huntsville's southern edge. For private events, Ditto Landing offers three open-air pavilion spaces along the waterfront. The Kingston Pavilion accommodates up to 150 guests and can be reserved as a single combined venue or split into two independent sections: Kingston Pavilion 1, a river-facing section for up to 100 guests, and Kingston Pavilion 2, a harbor-facing section for up to 50 guests. A smaller Winstead Pavilion at the campground accommodates up to 40 guests. All pavilion rentals include tables and chairs up to capacity. Events at Ditto Landing have included KCBS-sanctioned BBQ competitions, an annual Independence Day celebration, and a summer concert series held at the Kingston Pavilion. The facility is open for reservations through its contact page, with office hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
