Dodasa Ranch

Dodasa Ranch is a destination wedding venue and guest ranch set in the Sierra-Nevada foothills of Calaveras County, California — approximately 60 miles south of Sacramento and 23 miles west of Jackson, surrounded by rolling hills, California oaks, and peaceful ponds. The property hosts multi-day celebration weekends that begin Friday evening and conclude with a farewell brunch Sunday morning. The covered Pavilion Barn accommodates up to 150 guests and features a massive stone fireplace, wrought iron and crystal chandeliers, custom wood farm tables, and wooden barn doors that enclose the space during cooler months. Ceremonies take place outdoors beneath ancient oak trees, overlooking ponds, or on open grassy fields. Ten on-site sleeping cabins provide overnight accommodations for up to 50 guests, including a dedicated honeymoon cabin. Packages include in-house catering, tables, chairs, linens, day-of coordination, setup and cleanup, and on-site lodging. Ranch activities available to guests include fishing, kayaking and paddle-boating on the pond, horseshoes, clay target shooting, wagon rides, and a petting zoo.
