Dolphin Bay Resort and Spa

Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa is an all-suite oceanfront resort perched on the bluffs of Shell Beach in Pismo Beach, California, roughly halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. The property combines condo-style residential suites with full resort amenities — including the Lido Restaurant & Lounge, a full-service spa, and an outdoor pool — and serves as a dedicated setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations of all sizes. Eight event spaces totaling 8,800 square feet span the property, ranging from the intimate Coastal Room and Event Penthouse to the 2,200-square-foot Lido Restaurant and the open-air Pacific View Tent, which accommodates up to 200 guests and offers sweeping Central Coast ocean panoramas. Outdoor options include the Cobblestone Circle, the Lido Lawn, and the Oceanside and Poolside patios, all overlooking the Pacific. The resort's events team handles weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, and private parties, with in-house catering drawing on locally sourced Central Coast ingredients. Amenities across the property include AV capabilities, a dance floor and staging area, valet parking, and ADA-accessible facilities.
