Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis offers more than 12,000 square feet of flexible event space, making it one of the larger conference and event facilities in the Annapolis area. The property features two dedicated ballrooms — the 5,000-square-foot Mainsail Ballroom, which accommodates up to 700 guests for receptions and 432 for seated dinners, and the Coastal Ballroom, which holds up to 300 guests for receptions and 200 for seated banquets. Both are open-plan spaces with pre-function areas and can be configured for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations, with support from a full-service A/V team and an in-house catering staff led by an executive chef. Beyond the ballrooms, the hotel's Ports of Call restaurant features two private dining rooms for smaller gatherings, drawing on a menu rooted in Chesapeake Bay culinary traditions. The property includes complimentary parking, a free shuttle within five miles, and 219 renovated guest rooms — a practical combination for multi-day events and out-of-town guests attending weddings, conferences, and reunions in Annapolis.
