Downtown Reno Ballroom

The Reno Ballroom is a 32,700-square-foot event and meeting venue in the heart of downtown Reno, Nevada. Opened in 2008 as a complement to the adjacent Reno Events Center, the column-free space rises to 25-foot ceilings and accommodates more than 1,900 guests for banquet dinners and up to 2,900 for general sessions. The ballroom can be divided into multiple independent meeting spaces, each with dedicated climate control, internet access, and audio-visual systems — making the venue well-suited to conventions, corporate meetings, and large-scale special events. A 4,659-square-foot glass-walled pre-function salon, appointed with artwork by artist Cork Marcheschi, provides a distinct gathering space before or alongside main-room programming. A secondary pre-function foyer offers additional staging area for high-volume events. The venue offers ADA-accessible entry and seating throughout.
