Dream Field Farms

Dream Field Farms is a veteran-owned event and wedding venue set on 94 acres between Montgomery and Auburn in Union Springs, Alabama. The property was established in 2008 and today is operated by Tim and Kim Tormey, who describe the land as "a thin place—a place where heaven and earth are just thinly separated." The farm hosts weddings, reunions, corporate events, and private parties year-round, with a focus on Southern hospitality and stress-free planning. Three ceremony sites give couples and event hosts distinct settings: a handicap-accessible English Garden with concrete walkways, a natural oak tree grove with lake views that provides full shade in warmer months, and a climate-controlled indoor barn fitted with pre-hung drapes and lighting. The property's in-house events team handles catering, day-of coordination, and can accommodate gatherings of up to 300 guests outdoors. On-site lodging in the form of cabins—each sleeping 8 to 12 guests—lets wedding parties and guests extend their stay, with amenities including fishing, a swimming pool, and walking trails across the full acreage.
