A Full Facility Buyout provides exclusive access to Dry Fly Distilling, including both the Private Event Mezzanine and the main floor restaurant and bar. This option is ideal for larger celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private events that require the entire space. Food and beverage are provided in-house and are customized to suit each event. Clients may select from our catering menus and bar service options, including hosted bars, ticketed service, or cash bars featuring handcrafted cocktails made with Dry Fly spirits. Please note that outside food and beverage are not permitted, with the exception of celebratory desserts such as cakes. Event pricing varies based on guest count, menu selections, and bar service style. Final pricing will be provided in a custom proposal once event details are confirmed. Our team works closely with each host to coordinate layout, timing, and service to ensure a seamless and memorable event experience.

The Mezzanine comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests based on fire code. Food and beverage are provided in-house, with catering selections available from our appetizer and event menus. Bar service can be customized to fit your event and may include hosted bar, ticketed bar, or cash bar options featuring handcrafted cocktails made with Dry Fly spirits. Outside food and beverage are not permitted, with the exception of celebratory desserts such as cakes. Pricing varies depending on guest count, menu selections, and bar service style.
