Duncan Estate

Duncan Estate is a historic wedding and events venue in Spartanburg, South Carolina, set on a landscaped property anchored by a stately white columned mansion. Opened in 2008, it has hosted more than 350 weddings and continues to draw couples with its blend of historic architecture and Southern hospitality. The estate's grounds include a three-tiered ceremony garden with benches, ideal for outdoor vows, and a clear-top A-frame tent for receptions, set up with tables, white garden chairs, and full linens for celebrations of up to 100 guests, with capacity for additional guests available. Event packages include day-of coordination, a rehearsal hour, and attendant parking, along with add-ons such as DJ services, catering, florals, photography, and videography. Beyond weddings, Duncan Estate also accommodates corporate events, family reunions, and private gatherings, and has been used for commercial photography and filming.
