Eastern Shore Art Center

Founded in 1954 by local artists and patrons, the Eastern Shore Art Center is a nonprofit arts organization located at 401 Oak Street in downtown Fairhope, Alabama, on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. The center encompasses five galleries and four instructional studios, offering a home for exhibitions, education, and community programs. The facility is available for private rental and provides a setting of casual elegance suited to cocktail parties, luncheons, wedding receptions, fundraisers, corporate functions, and seminars. Three gallery spaces — the Whiting Gallery, the Woolley Gallery, and the Courtyard Gallery — may be booked individually or as a combined whole-facility rental. Each rental includes access to a catering kitchen, sound system, and an on-site Art Center staff member throughout the event.
