EB Strong's Prime Steak House

E.B. Strong's Prime Steakhouse is Vermont's first USDA Prime Steak House, located on Church Street in downtown Burlington. The restaurant serves USDA Prime Grade steaks, a distinction earned by less than 2% of the beef produced in the United States, alongside fresh seafood and a wine list drawn from both well-known and lesser-known producers across the New and Old World; wine lockers are available by request. For private gatherings, E.B. Strong's offers the Mezzanine, a semi-private room off the main dining room that accommodates 10 to 12 guests and offers privacy and distance from the rest of the dining room. Multi-course dinner menu options are available for guests booking the space. Larger groups can be hosted in The Cellar at E.B. Strong's, the restaurant's dedicated event space. E.B. Strong's is owned by Tim Halvorson, whose family also operates its sister restaurant, Halvorson's Upstreet Cafe, on the top block of the Church Street Marketplace.
