Edgartown Yacht Club

The Edgartown Yacht Club was created in 1905 to preserve Edgartown's and Martha's Vineyard's maritime heritage. The Club's aim is to bring together those who share the same passion for yachting, sailboat racing, seamanship, and competition in the highest Corinthian tradition. The Club aims to foster the enjoyment of dining and other social events while also encouraging tennis excellence and good sportsmanship. With these objectives in mind, members are encouraged to volunteer their time and abilities to help improve the Club's quality of life. The Edgartown Yacht Club has a variety of eating alternatives to suit everyone in your family. For a quick lunch by the water, our Galley Grill is ideal. On a rainy day, warm yourself with a cup of chowder, or take a lobster roll out to the string piece for lunch in the sun! Throughout the summer, the Galley grill is open for lunch every day.
