El Encanto de la Fuente

El Encanto de la Fuente sits minutes from the heart of Fountain Hills, Arizona, in a garden setting anchored by a gorgeous waterfall, mature trees, and an open-air patio with outdoor fireplaces. The name — Spanish for "the enchantment of the fountain" — speaks to its setting near Fountain Hills' famous fountain landmark. Opened in 2009 as the third location in the El Encanto Restaurants family, the venue carries forward the same old-world Mexican character that has defined the brand since its founding in 1989. The open kitchen, hand-laid slate stone accents, brick floors, and Mexican tile details create an intimate, warmly-textured atmosphere suited to weddings, private celebrations, and corporate gatherings alike. El Encanto de la Fuente offers full-service catering grounded in the restaurant's signature handmade Mexican cuisine. Events and weddings are hosted on-site, with the venue's kitchen and events team handling food, beverage, and coordination. The outdoor patio, flowering foliage, and pond wildlife — ducks, turtles, and herons among them — lend the space a character that is difficult to replicate in a conventional banquet room.
