- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Cancellations up to six months in advance are 100% refundable. Up to three months, cancellations are 50% refundable. Cancellations within three months of the event are non-refundable.
- Are symbolic ceremonies allowed in the chapel?
- It is important to mention that since our chapel is a consecrated one, we only celebrate catholic ceremonies in it, however on the patio we can certainly celebrate symbolic weddings, or you can choose to do only the reception here.
- Do we need to stay in Makayoba to host an Event at El Pueblito?
- No, private events at El Pueblito can be booked for external guests not staying onsite.
- Can I choose my own vendors?
- Yes, as long as they follow the guidelines and services outlined by Mayakoba, we do not charge vendor fee.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We can comfortably fit 110 guests in the chapel and 400+ at the patio on seated dinner
