Eldon Russell Park is a 132-acre natural area along the Upper Cuyahoga River in Troy Township, Ohio — a state-designated Scenic River that defines the park's character. For private gatherings, the park offers Horwath's Shelter, an open-air reservable structure accommodating up to 150 guests, with picnic tables and an adjacent playground.
