Elk Ave Prime

Elk Ave Prime is Crested Butte's steakhouse, situated on Elk Avenue in the heart of downtown. The restaurant blends timeless steakhouse tradition with the relaxed warmth of a mountain lodge, bringing prime cuts center stage — from A5 Wagyu to grass-fed bison — alongside fresh seafood, Colorado lamb, and farm-to-table salads. The dining room pairs a welcoming bar and glowing fireplace with an award-winning wine program that highlights both iconic producers and lesser-known small-production labels. Private events can be arranged by contacting the events team directly, making Elk Ave Prime a destination for groups and celebrations in the Crested Butte valley.
