- All three transparent package prices are available on our website! Starting Package - Basic Festival: In-Season = $8,000/Sat | $7,000/Fri & Sun Off-Season = $6,000/Sat | $5,500/Fri & Sun... In-Season = April-June, Oct-Nov (and NYE) Off-Season = July-Sept, Dec-March
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- 3 Tipi Tents w. Lighting, Getting Ready Suite Onsite, Outdoor Wooded Ceremony Area w. Seating for 200, 25 Handmade Wooden Farmhouse Tables and benches/chairs for up to 200 guests, canoe for iced drinks, dance floor, yard games, ample parking, and massive FREE decor inventory.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- If cancelling, any payments up till that cancellation date are non-refundable. We are a small business and once a date is booked and held, we lose out on business should you end up cancelling.
