Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston West Virginia

Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston stands in downtown Charleston, West Virginia — a half block from the Charleston Civic Center and across from the Town Center Mall, with the Capitol Market and West Virginia State Museum within three miles. The hotel is arranged around a central atrium, where Brasserie 1863 serves regionally and internationally inspired plates alongside a full bar, and where a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and an evening reception are offered each day. The event facilities run to 13,636 square feet across 13 meeting rooms. The largest is the Grand Ballroom, at 9,520 square feet — among the largest in central Charleston — seating 700 for a banquet, holding 1,200 for a reception, and dividing into five salons for smaller gatherings. Boardrooms and meeting suites handle board meetings, breakout sessions, and receptions, while the hotel's staff assists with menus, seating, and audiovisual needs and can coordinate larger programs at the nearby Charleston Clay Center.
