Pricing includes Room Rental, Production & Staffing. Bar minimum & bartender fees will be additional based on event needs. Pricing does not include administrative fees or taxes. Emo's does not have furniture in- house. Tables, chairs and decor available for additional rental fees, coordinated through the special events department. You are welcome to work with any event vendors you prefer. All liquor must be purchased from our in-house provider. Catering can be selected from our list of Preferred Caterers. Outside caterering fees are $10 per person.

Sarah James
Director of Sales - Austin & San AntonioSarah James is an award-winning catering and event professional with nearly 20 years experience in hotels and venue management. She's lead several teams to success in sales, customer service, and event execution. An avid volunteer within the industry, Sarah has served on local and national boards and committees with NACE, ILEA & MPI. She's taken the stage to speak at multiple local chapters and national conferences such as the NACE Experience Conference and the Northwest Event Show.
