- AUDIO VISUAL
- To ensure the smooth operation of your event, Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa has selected Pinnacle Live as the in-house AV production partner. Should client choose to hire an outside AV provider, a hotel AV liaison will be required at a rate of $100 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours per day.
- BANQUET FEE & TAX
- All catering and banquet charges are subject to an applicable banquet fee currently 27%, and applicable tax, currently 7.75%.
- GUARANTEES
- Your guaranteed guest attendance is required at least 3 business days in advance by noon.This will be considered your minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction.
- EVENT CEREMONY REHEARSAL
- Ceremony rehearsal time and location are subject to space availability and confirmed 30 days prior to the wedding date.
- PROFESSIONAL WEDDING PLANNER
- Estancia requires a professional wedding planner for a minimum of three months prior to the wedding date for coordination services.
