What is included in the venue rental cost?: - Use of award winning 25,000 square foot 7 th Floor Event Space with Panoramic Ocean, Bay, and City Views - Standard Electrical Including: 1 distribution Box 100 Amps with 15-30 Amp Circuits - Ambient Lighting on columns for Dramatic Effect - Pre-Event Cleanup
What is the venue capacity?: Maximum Capacity Seated or Standing is 500. For Weddings, the venue only allows a guest count up to 250.
Does the venue have a curfew for events?: Noise Ordinance goes into effect at 11:00 PM, but the venue allows events until 11:59PM following noise ordinances.
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?: Floors 2 - 6 of the parking structure are public parking.
