We specialize in private parties & events of all types. Birthdays, social gatherings, team building / corporate events, baby showers, and many more. The space has an open layout and is great for mingling and socializing. We offer live music and catering options, as well as 2 large projectors that can display anything you wish. Karaoke is also available. Any special requests we do our best to accommodate. Unique offerings: Full bar available, audio/video setup, photo booth (additional cost), projector, catering/buffet style food, dancing, karaoke, and much more. - How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- $600-$1800.00
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The Collective is fully furnished with tables and chairs. We have A/V needs covered with a projector screen and 2 monitors, Microphones, in-house speakers, and external speakers. Wifi and Bluetooth are capable of playing your playlist and we have set up for DJ' and a dance floor.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Deposit non-refundable. 30-day cancellation is required for the return of the final payment.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 70 seated and an additional 30 standing
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We ask for no items such as confetti, flower petals, rice. These items are difficult to clean up.
