Fairfield Inn & Suites Durham Southpoint

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Durham Southpoint pairs overnight accommodations with flexible event space in Durham, North Carolina, a short drive from nearby Chapel Hill. The hotel offers 1,800 square feet of event space across two rooms, anchored by the Bright Leaf Atrium, which can host up to 220 guests as a single open room or be divided into two smaller sections for more intimate gatherings. The space suits a range of occasions, from meetings and conferences to weddings, banquets, and family reunions. An on-site planning team works with hosts on room layouts and catering menus, and the hotel can reserve blocks of guest rooms so out-of-town attendees stay in one convenient location. Group rates and complimentary WiFi throughout the property support business gatherings, while an on-site fitness center gives guests options once the event wraps. Whether the plan calls for a boardroom-style meeting or a reception for a couple hundred guests, the Bright Leaf Atrium's divisible layout gives planners room to match the setup to the event.
