Fantasy of Flight

Fantasy of Flight is an aviation-themed event and museum complex in Polk City, Florida, set across 2,000 acres of lakes, ponds, wooded coves, and manicured grounds. The property spans more than 100,000 square feet of combined indoor meeting and event space, with an additional 95,000 square feet of outdoor concrete ramp and lawn area — giving it the scale to host everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals and corporate productions. Indoor events take place across a collection of themed hangars and distinctive spaces, including the Art Deco Compass Rose for cocktail receptions and the Officers' Club, which features a built-in tiki bar and vintage bomber nose decor. The venue regularly hosts weddings, corporate events, galas, product launches, car shows, team building days, and photography or film shoots. Lakefront settings add a natural backdrop for outdoor ceremonies and receptions, while two FAA-approved grass runways open the property to aerial demonstrations and fly-in events. The venue offers full-service event staffing and catering, with menu options spanning breakfast through dinner.
