First & Green Celebrations is a multi-venue event complex occupying a collection of historic buildings in downtown Grenada, Mississippi. The flagship building at 97 First Street was constructed in 1867 as Grenada Hardware and was purchased by owner Deborah Hicks Bailey in 2013 after years of neglect. Following an extensive restoration recognized by the Mississippi Heritage Trust, the complex has grown to encompass 22 buildings in the city's Downtown Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
Eight distinct event spaces range from the 4,000-square-foot Main Hall & Loft — with heart pine floors, 14-foot bead-board ceilings, and a dramatic open staircase — to smaller settings like The Hide, a speakeasy-inspired bar with a handcrafted pine bar and two-sided fireplace, and Miss Emma's Dining Room, suited for intimate showers and rehearsal dinners. The Garden & The Patio, a fully enclosed outdoor space, accommodates up to 250 seated guests, and venues can be combined for larger celebrations or multi-day events.
In-house catering and bar services are offered for all events, with linens, glassware, and serving staff included. A concierge-style team guides clients through venue selection, menu development, and vendor coordination from initial tour through event completion.
