Per-guest pricing is based on a 150-guest wedding and includes the room, full in-house catering, open bar for the full three-hour reception, tables, chairs, linens, china, décor, custom lighting, setup and breakdown, cake cutting and service, and comprehensive on-site coordination with a lead bridal coordinator and bridal assistant who work with you throughout planning. Food is a major part of that: 18 hand-passed hors d'oeuvres (7 seafood), a full Louisiana-style buffet with seafood gumbo, and staffed action stations — all available the moment guests enter the reception, not after a buffet announcement. Final pricing varies by ballroom, guest count, season, and day of week. Smaller guest counts carry a higher per-person cost, since part of the total is fixed regardless of headcount. Friday evenings, Saturday daytimes, Sundays, and off-peak months are meaningfully lower than peak Saturday nights. Pricing is before tax. No hard guest minimum. Our Private Restaurant is a completely private space for events up to approximately 100 guests, with its own entrance, restrooms, bar, front courtyard, and covered patio. Most events run 20 guests or more, but there is no formal minimum. The example pricing shown reflects a rehearsal dinner package including food and open bar. The Restaurant offers several menu and package structures depending on event type, so pricing varies — ask us for current menus for what you're planning. Popular for rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, smaller weddings and receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners and luncheons, retirement parties, celebrations of life, post-wedding brunches, and holiday gatherings. A $500 deposit with a signed contract reserves the date. Rehearsal dinners are a separate booking from a wedding — booking a ballroom wedding does not automatically reserve the Restaurant, so check availability early if you want both.
