Flour & Barley is a brick oven pizza restaurant and bar at The LINQ Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip, specializing in individual wood-fired pies built on hand-stretched crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and whole milk mozzarella, alongside Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta, paninis, and salads. The drink program spans hundreds of bottled, canned, and draft beers — including local craft selections from each city where Flour & Barley operates — as well as barrel-aged and hand-crafted cocktails. An outdoor patio opens directly onto The LINQ Promenade's entertainment corridor, and a walk-up window serves fresh-sliced pies for guests on the move. Private group dining is available for parties of 20 or more, with a signature Pizza Building Competition experience for corporate and social gatherings.
