Conveniently located across from Oakland’s City Hall, above 2 BART Stops & within walking distance of the Fox & Paramount Theatre, parking garages, this venue holds over 250 attendees and the creative vision you bring. FLUID510 is a 5,000 square foot event venue a full kitchen, state of the art sound & lighting, three projection screens as well as Two Full Bars & an elevated lounge that is perfect for trainings as it is for presentations, mixers & fundraisers. FLUID510 fits 250 people standing, 120 people in seated auditorium style and 100 at Gala style tables. We also offer The Loft for your more intimate events holding 40 friends that also comes with private bar, DJ system & professional lighting. Tables, chairs, silverware and staff are all included in our venue rental fee.
